'The Empire Cats Building' Finally Constructed!

Finally we are seeing 'the empire cats building' constructed for the cats in America! It's five stories(boxes) high and is made out of the finest cardboard, can accommodate up to ten cats! It's construction has been officially completed this December of the year 2015 and is said to last for five decades, it's capable of withstanding earthquakes up to the magnitude of 9.2 on the Richter scale and is completely water-proof due to the addition of micro-material to repel water particles!
